1. Only one Account permitted per person.
2. Spam is forbidden i.e. We do not permit
unwanted advertisement in the form
of e-mails to recruit entries in newsgroups and forums to generate
Referrals.
3. Normal operation and/or the continuous
availability cannot be guaranteed.
We accept no responsibility for damage of any kind.
4. We reserve the right to change the offered
service at any time. Members
will be informed of any changes that may take place.
5. Sites that force installation of Dialers
will be removed.
6. We don't allow any site(s) that contain
warez, mp3's sharing, hate speech
or anything that we deem bad or anything related to illegal activities. We
suggest advertising your own homepage, a sponsors site or a referral link.
We check all links you submit so don't think you can sneak one in.
7. Sites, which register themselves as a
Starting Page or Bookmark, will be
removed.
8. Erotic sites, erotic pop ups and erotic
banners are not allowed on ASMAJIC.
Sites found advertising any of these will be removed.
9. No Hacker sites are permitted.
10. How to view and show your site(s)
11. Sites with no-pop-ups, fly-in, glide-in,
exit pops, pop-unders, or any other intrusive advertising may be viewed in
the no-pop category, this is where the majority of our surfers surf. If
you want maximum exposure for you sites, be sure to add only sites that
fit this category.
12. Sites containing 1-pop-up must be shown
in that category, and you must
view the 1-pop up category.
13. Rotator or 2 or more pop-ups must be
shown in those categories only and
you must view that category only.
14. Any member breaking our rules with sites
will receive a warning which will
show on account. 3 warnings account will be stopped!!
15. We do not allow sites which Break Frames.
Offending websites will be removed.
16. Any site causing any problems to members
surfing will be stop or deleted.
17. You accept that from time to time we send
you a newsletter informing you
about new service or other related items from our company.
18. ASMAJIC
